Winter has arrived at Still Waters Farm with a bunch of snow this weekend! We’re still open, JR keeps the driveway plowed and we have a nice indoor riding arena that stays decently warm all winter long. Guests can stay nice and cozy in the heated viewing area while they watch the lessons.
It’s also party time. The Friday after Thanksgiving is barn decorating. Kids (& adults, no reason only kids have fun) can pick a stall to decorate. I’ll try to post some pictures when they’re done. We also put garland up in the aisles to make it more festive. The Christmas party is on Saturday, 12/10/22. It’s a pot luck so bring your favorite dish and join us for fun, food and horsey games!
It’s also time for winter camp! Camp is for kids of all ages (sorry no adults but Kathy says we’ll have an adult camp/clinic soon). You can call Kathy or the sign up list is on the table upstairs in the viewing room. It will be Wed-Fri, 12/28-12/30/22. As always there is day camp and overnight camp.
